This one must be prepped 48 hours in advance.  

We can add excitement to this trick by letting someone from the audience try to bounce it (or maybe even on your forehead cause...let be honest...that would be funny.)

Notes about this experiment:

This one will be the starter to get things going, as it will take some time to develop but will be easy for any age of child to participate.  I think if we can have a 6ft table with plates already preset, each child can do an M&M design and add the water, then with excitement we tell them we will check back and we start the show. Starting with the "Danger Zone - distance" portion. 

At the finale of the show, we will revisit our Candy Rainbow plates and see how they turned out.

This can also be a funny routine to break up some of the time. You can demonstrate balancing on the eggs and ask either an older child or an adult to try. Most likely they will crack the eggs and the kids will think that is hysterical.

This is a DANGER ZONE experiment. The assistants will be in charge of making sure children stay In the safe zone.  You will need to wear your gloves and eyewear as this experiment uses 35% hydrogen peroxide.
